         This miniature model was found in Meketre's tomb in order to replicate his mundane world in the afterlife. The cattle scene is strikingly realistic. It takes place in the courtyard of a country house where the farmers urge the cattle forward and the chief herdsman bows before the master of the house, who is seated under the portico with his son and four scribes together with six guards who are standing on both sides.
