Location: Karnak, Temple of Amun-Re, Courtyard of the Cachette
Excavation: G. Legrain's Excavations of 1904
Period: Early 26th Dynasty (Second Half of 7th Century BC)

Petamenhotep was actually a High Priest but here he is depicted in the traditional pose of a scribe, with some exceptions. In his right hand he would once have held a stylus while his left supported a papyrus scroll.
