Tomb U located At Umm el Ga'ab at Abydos belongs to the 1st Dynasty King Semerkhet. It has external dimensions of 19.50 x 10.70 x 3.50 meter and internal measurements of 16.40 x 7.50 meter, along with wall thickness of 1.50-1.80 meters. It is a single-chambered tomb, surrounded by 68 subsidiary funerary chambers.
