The awe-inspiring and mighty, the all-powerful, these were the great gods of Egypt. They were the kings and queens of all the worlds, and their dominion was absolute.

These were the gods who were worshipped almost universally throughout Egypt, or those with large cult followings, or those that everyone has heard of. Their names alone conjure up images of the golden age of Egypt: Osiris, Horus, Isis, Nut, Geb, and so many others. These were gods and goddesses who shaped the world and everything in it. They fought the great battles against darkness and evil.
