President Mubarak Inaugurates Two Major Projects in Luxor

President Mubarak recently inaugurated the "Museum of Mummification" located in Luxor's Visitors Center, considered one of its kinds in the whole world. The museum features 76 magnificent archaeological pieces and several mummies of human, animals, etc. A computer connected to the Internet is also annexed to display 4,200 pictures of Egyptian mummies.

The second project inaugurated was the new Luxor Bridge. The US $10 Million project is located 7 kms. south of Luxor, thus facilitating the tourist flow between the two banks of the Nile.
