the room in the basement ;it looks like the small tombs of luxor in the valley of nobles for ex. those in the valley of kings are different in their plan

Sure must be different, because the villa built to be villa not a museum so sure it is basement doesn’t have a design or a plan to be a tomb. But we are talking the idea itself, as having a museum reflects most of the elements for the Egyptian history. So why they tried to keep the basement to look likes a tomb just to reflect the idea of tomb and mummification not more.

realy the museum is magnificent,,but i haven’t found any special care for the great leader alexander the great the construer of Alexandrina,,i am greek and am so proud to be named after this great leader,,but anyway the museum is realy beautiful and i wish to visit alexandria again t
