One must be a bit more careful that I was in the Sinai wilderness on this particular day, as I succumbed to stupidity and almost paid the ultimate price for that.

Thanks for all the reports! I really felt like I was traveling with you. I haven’t been to that part of Egypt, but reading your reports makes me want to try it some day.
Glad you’re feeling better. However, we Texans are a sturdy lot, so surviving a near disaster should be second nature for you.
