Hetepheres II was the wife of Prince Kewab, who was the rightful heir to the throne of Khufu. Kewab was murdered by Ra'Djedef, who took the throne and then married Hetepheres. Her daughter was Meresankh III, was honored by Hetepheres with an elaborate tomb in Giza.
