Menkheperra'sonb18th Dynasty
Menkheperra'sonb was the high priest of Amen-Re, whose
duty towards the temple of Karnak demanded the
accumulation of treasures from all the world; he was
found to have wall paintings that show Hittite and Syrian
princes bringing tributes while officials from Coptos
offer gold in rings and bags as contribution of the
eastern desert and of Cush.
